1. Are all products in stock?

All items that are not labeled as "PRE-ORDER" are available for immediate shipping. Products marked as "PRE-ORDER" indicate that they are either out of stock or require additional processing time. Please note that we do not accept urgent orders for PRE ORDER items.  

2. How long does a pre-order take?

Pre-order items typically take 15-20 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) to arrive after your order is placed. Once the items reach us, they will be shipped out within 1-2 working days.

3. Are your products authentic?

Yes, all of our products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and shipped directly from Korea.

4. If my order has both Ready stock and Pre-order items, how does shipping work?

Your order will be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available. If you would like to receive your ready stock items sooner, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram to make arrangements. Please note that a separate shipping fee will apply, and the additional postage charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the wrong item is sent. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Do you provide a self-pickup service?

Yes, we offer self-pickup only in JB area. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time for pickup.
