1. 如何在 Clarara 上下单?

只需浏览我们的网站,选择您想购买的商品并加入购物车。准备好后,继续结账并按照步骤完成订单。


2. 我的订单什么时候发货?

我们每周处理订单,每周日晚上8点截止订单。订单结束后,我们会从韩国购买商品。

预计到货时间为15-20个工作日,不包括周六、周日和公众假期。收到商品后,我们会在1-2个工作日内快速寄出。


3. 运费是多少?

西马:RM8 (订单满RM200即可享受免费配送。)

东马:RM18

新加坡:RM25

运费将在结账时确认。


4. 订单确认后是否可以取消?

订单确认后,除非商品缺货或停产,否则不能取消。


5. 如何跟踪我的订单?

一旦您的订单发货,您将收到一封包含跟踪号码的电子邮件或WhatsApp消息。您可以使用这个号码追踪包裹。


6. 你们提供国际配送吗?

1. How do I place an order on Clarara?

Simply browse our website, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.


2. When will my order be shipped?

We process orders every week, and orders close every Sunday at 8 PM. Once the order is closed, items will be purchased directly from Korea.

Estimated delivery time is 15-20 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. After arrival, we will ship your order within 1-2 working days.


3. How much is the shipping fee?

     West Malaysia: RM8

    East Malaysia: RM18

     Singapore: RM25

Enjoy free shipping for orders above RM200 (for West Malaysia only). Shipping fees will be confirmed during checkout.


4. Can I cancel my order after it is confirmed?

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, except in the case that the item is out of stock or discontinued.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your package.


6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we offer shipping to Malaysia and Singapore. For other countries, please contact us for more information.
