• Are Managers Trained to Bully You?

Question of the day: Aren’t your managers and superiors there to help you out?

If you were supervising a team, it is your responsibility to fix problems and not point fingers at the person who made the mistake. I get it, you should find out where the problem occurred and how. But is it really necessary to drop a spotlight on the person, and just dump it on upper management so that you don’t have to deal with it?

I’m just really annoyed! And not just because I’m obviously the one who’s going to get in trouble. But the fact that at the end of the day the problem isn’t fixed AND I get in trouble. So tell me does it make any sense for them to do that? Or am I just too crazy to expect a bit of logic from fucktards?

My theory: Hey, not every supervisor knows what they’re doing. Ha ha!
